Shipping Information

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Your order will be shipped with the standard service, unless you choose another option. Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 15 working days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Although we do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered on time, OoviHealth cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, service interruptions, etc.

DELIVERY TIME

• Standard delivery: 6 to 15 working days

Please note that delivery times do not take into account the standard processing time of 1 to 3 working days before the order is dispatched.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number within 5 working days of placing your order.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

You can enter your discount code on the last page before clicking on "Checkout". A field is provided for entering your code. Once you have entered the code, click on "Apply". The total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Discount and referral codes can only be used once per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
